Mölndals HF was one of 93 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Hallbybollen 2019. They participated with one team in Flickor 14 (födda 04 eller senare).
In addition to Mölndals HF, 26 other teams played in Flickor 14 (födda 04 eller senare). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mölndals HF could be found in Group F together with Nödinge sk, IK Cyrus, Ljungsbro/Malmslätt HF and Önnereds HK 1. Mölndals HF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Lidköping with 9-11. In the Final, Önnereds HK 1 won over RP IF Linköping 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 14 (födda 04 eller senare). Mölndals HF also participated in Flickor B1 (2004) during Hallbybollen 2018. They reached the Semi final in Flickor 04 Slutspel A, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd with 7-11. Mölndals comes from Mölndal which lies approximately 130 km from Jönköping, where Hallbybollen takes place.
