In addition to Mölndals/Nord, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 16 (födda 02 eller senare). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mölndals/Nord could be found in Group F together with Anderstorps SK, Norrköpings HK, IFK Tumba Handboll Vit and IF Hallby HK 1.

Mölndals/Nord continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton with 11-15. In the Final, IK Bolton won over IFK Tumba Handboll Vit and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 16 (födda 02 eller senare).

Mölndals/Nord comes from Mölndal which lies approximately 130 km from Jönköping, where Hallbybollen takes place. The area around Mölndal does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Hallbybollen 2019 (Redbergslids IK, Nödinge sk, Kungälvs HK, Önnereds HK, HK Aranäs, Torslanda HK, Mölndals HF and IK Baltichov).
