Registration for Hallbybollen 2025

Välkommen till Hallbybollen 2025!

Turneringen spelas den 3-5 januari 2025 (fredag-söndag).

Innan ni anmäler er ber vi er att läsa igenom inbjudan (som finns på hemsidan) och information på hemsidan för undvika missförstånd.

Ni som förening kan anmäla flera lag i olika åldersklasser på samma gång.

Anmälningsavgiften betalas vid anmälningstillfället via kreditkort eller Klarna. Klarna erbjuder antingen direktbetalning eller att kontaktpersonen får en faktura som ska betalas inom en viss period. Om ett lag inte har möjlighet att betala via kort eller Klarna så kan man fortfarande betala via bankgiro men då ska anmälningsavgiften vara oss tillhanda senast 10 dagar efter anmälan. Kontakta Hallbybollen via bolleninfo@hallbyhandboll.se för att få instruktioner om hur du kan betala via bankgiro.

Passa på att fylla i så många uppgifter ni kan för att vi ska kunna planera allt så bra som möjligt. Tänk gärna på att så tidigt som möjligt registrera alla ledare som behöver ha information om cupen så att de får våra utskick.

Flera av våra klasser är redan fulltecknade men det går bra att anmäla sig ändå för att hamna på reservlista. Vi jobbar kontinuerligt med att se över möjligheterna att justera klasstorlekarna för att bereda plats för alla som vill spela Hallbybollen.

Det är också fullt på kategori A (hårdförläggning inkl transport) men det går bra att ställa sig i kö eller att ni väljer ett annat boendealternativ.

Anmälan är bindande vilket innebär att anmälningsavgiften inte betalas tillbaka vid urdragning. Om ni har valt att betala via Klarna så har ni ingått ett avtal med dem och inte med Hallbybollen. Ni ansvarar alltså för att betala den fakturan.

Lag som vid anmälan hamnar på reservlista eftersom klassen eller valt boendealternativ redan är fulltecknat, ska vänta med att betala in anmälningsavgiften tills man har fått besked om att man har kommit med. Hallbybollen kontaktar er så fort plats finns i klassen eller boendet och ni har då några dagar på er att betala in anmälningsavgiften.

Fram till den 12 december 2024 kan laget justera antal deltagarkort och även lägga till enstaka deltagarkort.. Därefter kan komplettering ske endast i mån av plats och i direkt kontakt med Hallbybollens cupteam. Dessa kompletteringar betalas på plats vid incheckningen (med Swish, Klarna eller kort).

För deltagarkort med boende på hårdförläggning som avbokas efter den 12 december gäller följande: Vi tar ut en administrationsavgift på 500 kr per avbokat deltagarkort för att kunna täcka våra kostnader. För deltagarkort med boende på hotell tar vi ut en högre administrationsavgift och sista datum för avbokning kan vara tidigare (se info på hemsidan).

Kompletteringar av enstaka deltagarkort efter den 12 december kan endast göras i mån av plats och då tillkommer en bokningsavgift på 100 kr per deltagarkort.

Lag som drar sig ur turneringen efter att lottningen är fastställd och utlagd på hemsidan (vecka 51) får utöver erlagda avgifter betala tilläggsavgift på 2 000 kr.
Lag som drar sig ur under turneringens gång får betala tilläggsavgift på 4 000 kr utöver erlagda avgifter.

Spelarförteckning ska registreras här i CupManager absolut senast dagen innan turneringen börjar!

Eventuella dispenser ska sökas i god tid men senast 1 december.
