How do you pay your registration fee and when is the last date for it?
Payment is done through the invoice that gets created for you in "My account" in CupManager when you register your team(s) or book accomodation.

Important: The last date to register a team is on November 15th and your registration is only preliminary until payment has come in on our account (no more than 20 days after registration).

I haven't recieved login and password to My Account?

Your mail migth have get stuck in your junk mail filter - check your junk mail folder! If you can't find it or have forgotten it - send us a mail and we will send new password to the mail adress given when doing the registration.

How do I order accomodation tickets?

Note: You order your accomodation tickets through My Account in CupManager. The contact person given when registering your team have recieved login and password. If you have forgotten it you can get a new password by clicking "forgot my password" and you will get a new per mail. Payment of accomodation tickets must be in our account on the 1st of December at the latest (it is possible to buy additional single accomodation tickets on site). For accomodation tickets that are cancelled after the 10th of December we will charge an administration fee of 500 SEK.

When does the tournament start and end?

We start around 11.30 AM on Friday the 4th of January and end around 6.30 PM on Sunday the 6th of January.

When does the groups and programme get published on the home page?

You can find it on our home page in mid december.

Can everybody see the national game?

Yes, the games pause during Saturady the 5th of January so that everybody can see the game. A ticket to the game is included if you book and buy an accomodation ticket

When do we know at which school we will live?

Latest one week before the tournament starts all accomodations will be assigned and published on My Account in CupManager and on our home page.

Where do we go when we arrive to the tournament?

You collect your accomodation tickets and other information at the Cup Centre at Elmia in Jönköping (close to Kinnarps Arena). Note that entrance is through Lobby Syd (South), not through "Tipshallen".

We need more accomodation ticket, what do we do?

The simplest way is to order more accomodation tickets through My Account in Cup Manager. You can also buy single accomodation tickets on site in the Cup Centre at Elmia to the extent there are tickets left. We accept Credit Card, Cash or "Swish".

Is it possible to buy single meal tickets?

Yes you can, they are 75 SEK each. Note that meal tickets are only sold to the extent there is room in the restaurants and it is only possible to buy meal tickets for the restaurants at Elmia (we are at the maximum limit of what can be served at Junedalsskolan and those places must be reserved for players and team leaders).
